How MV Creator handles account, payment, uploaded media, generated videos, analytics, and support data.

MV Creator ("MV Creator," "we," "us," or "our") provides tools for creating singing, photo, slideshow, and lyric videos. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, why we process it, when your media is sent to service providers, how long information may be retained, and the choices available to you.

By using MV Creator, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Process

Information you provide

Account information: your email address, account identifier, and profile information made available by an enabled sign-in provider.
Media inputs: images, character artwork, audio tracks, lyrics, subtitle files, filenames, prompts, style choices, aspect ratios, crop settings, and other creation settings you submit.
Generated content and task history: generated images and videos, previews, task status, selected duration, output settings, Credit charges and returns, error details, and related task records.
Payment records: product, amount, currency, payment status, transaction reference, subscription status, and billing email. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number or card security code.
Communications: messages, attachments, account details, task identifiers, and transaction information you provide when requesting support or exercising a legal right.

Information collected automatically

We may process IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, time zone, referring page, pages viewed, feature usage, request timestamps, cookie or consent preferences, error information, and security logs. If optional analytics tools are enabled, they may use cookies or similar technologies to help us understand aggregate traffic, product usage, and performance.

2. Media and AI Processing

MV Creator uses managed server-side workflows to create videos and, when requested, AI-generated artwork or character images. When you submit a task, we may:

upload your selected media to managed cloud storage;
create account-linked task and billing records;
provide video, image, transcription, or other processing providers with the media or a time-limited download link, your prompt and settings, and technical request data;
receive and store generated or processed results so you can preview and download them; and
record task status, errors, duration, output format, and Credit adjustments needed to operate the task.

We do not use your uploaded media or generated results to train our own AI models. Third-party providers process information under their own terms, privacy practices, and our operational arrangements with them. Do not upload media that you are not authorized to use or that contains personal information you do not have permission to process.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

create, authenticate, and secure accounts;
receive media and provide the video or image task you request;
store, deliver, and recover task inputs and results;
calculate and administer Credits, free trials, subscriptions, one-time purchases, cancellations, and refunds;
send authentication, billing, security, task-status, support, and policy notices;
prevent fraud, abuse, infringement, unauthorized access, and prohibited use;
diagnose errors, measure performance, and improve the Service; and
comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell personal information or disclose it to data brokers. We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Authentication and Payments

Enabled authentication providers process sign-in requests and provide MV Creator with the account information you authorize. Credential-based sign-in, when available, uses the credentials and session data needed to authenticate you.

Waffo Pancake processes payment-card and billing details under its own privacy terms and security controls. MV Creator receives the transaction and subscription information needed to grant Credits, maintain payment history, handle cancellations, investigate disputes, and process eligible refunds, but does not store complete card numbers or card security codes.

5. Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics

We use necessary cookies or similar storage for authentication, security, language preferences, consent choices, and core Service operation. Creation workspaces may also use browser memory or local storage to preserve interface state before submission.

Optional analytics or performance tools may process device information, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, referral information, and interaction data when enabled. Where required, we provide consent controls. You can also limit cookies through your browser settings, but blocking necessary storage may prevent login or other core features from working.

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:

AI and media-processing providers: perform the image, video, lyric, transcription, or related task you request and apply provider safety controls;
Waffo Pancake: process payments, subscriptions, disputes, and refunds;
Authentication and analytics providers: provide enabled sign-in, measurement, and performance services;
Cloud storage and delivery providers: store and deliver task inputs, previews, and results;
Hosting, database, workflow, and monitoring providers: operate the application, task system, and security controls;
Email and support providers: deliver account, billing, security, task, and support communications;
Professional advisers and authorities: comply with law, protect users, investigate fraud or infringement, or establish and defend legal claims; and
A successor operator: support a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of the Service, subject to continued protection of the information.

7. International Processing

MV Creator and its providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Privacy laws may differ across those locations. Where required, we use contractual safeguards or other lawful transfer mechanisms for cross-border processing.

8. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy:

account, subscription, Credit, trial, and task history may be retained while your account is active;
uploaded media and results may be retained while needed to process the task, make results available, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, or resolve a support request;
temporary uploads and time-limited links are subject to operational expiration and storage-lifecycle controls;
security, error, workflow, and operational logs are retained according to operational and legal needs;
support communications are retained while needed to address the request and maintain an appropriate record; and
transaction, tax, refund, dispute, and accounting records may be retained for the period required by law.

After an account or deletion request is completed, limited information may remain in backups, fraud-prevention records, transaction records, legal holds, or records needed to establish and defend claims. Information may be anonymized instead of deleted when it can no longer identify you.

9. Security

We use measures such as encrypted transport, access controls, time-limited storage links, provider security controls, and operational logging designed to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account secure, do not send passwords or complete payment-card details in support messages, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

If a security incident creates a legally reportable risk, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or a portable copy of personal information. You may also have the right to complain to a local data-protection authority.

Submit a request through the support channel shown in the Service using the email associated with your account. We may verify your identity before acting and will respond within the period required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

You can reduce the information submitted by uploading only the portion of a track or the media needed for your creation, using your own existing images instead of generating new ones, and downloading results you wish to retain.
